What Is the Wallet?

Your Account Wallet allows you to add credit in advance and use it to pay for bookings instantly — without entering payment details each time.

You can view:

• Current Balance
• Total Topped Up
• Total Spent
• Full transaction history

➕ How to Top Up Your Wallet

Step 1: Go to Wallet & Top-Up

Click Wallet & Top-Up from the left menu.

Step 2: Choose an Amount

You can either:

Select a Quick Amount (100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000)

OR

*Enter a Custom Amount

Step 3: Choose Payment Method

Select one of the following:

• Pay with Card — Instant top-up
• Bank Transfer — Manual transfer option

Once payment is completed, your wallet balance updates automatically.

💰 How to Use Your Wallet?

• When creating a booking, simply select Wallet Balance as your payment method.
• The amount will be deducted from your available balance instantly.
• No need to re-enter card details each time.

📊 Transactions & Statements

Under All Transactions, you can see:

• Booking payments
• Admin adjustments
• Top-ups
• Balance after each transaction

You can also:

• Download a Statement
• Click Refresh to update your balance

💡 Tip: Keep a sufficient balance in your wallet to avoid booking delays and process payments faster.
