Creating a New Booking
Creating a booking registers a rental in the system and activates deposit-free coverage for that rental.
How to Create a Booking
Step 1 — Go to Create Booking
From the Dashboard side menu, click Create Booking to open the booking interface.

Step 2 — Client Information
Providing accurate client information helps ensure proper protection coverage and smoother case handling if an issue occurs.
Enter the client’s details:
- Client Type - Select whether the renter is a tourist or citizen/resident.
- Full Name - The client’s legal name as shown on their ID or passport.
- Passport / ID Number Helps identify the renter and prevent false identities
- Phone Number - Used for contact and verification if needed.
- Email Address - Used for official communication and case notifications.
- Nationality - Helps complete the client identification profile.
⚠️ Important: Partners should also inspect the client’s physical identification documents (passport, driving licence, or ID) to ensure the information entered matches the original documents. This helps prevent identity fraud and protects your booking eligibility.
Step 3 — Vehicle Information
Provide the vehicle details:
- Make
- Model
- License Plate
If a vehicle is already saved in your account, simply click it, and the system will automatically load the vehicle details.
Step 4 — Rental Details
Enter the rental information:
- Rental Start Date & Time - The exact time the vehicle is handed over to the client.
- Rental End Date & Time - The expected return date and time of the vehicle.
- Notional Deposit Amount - The deposit you would normally require from the client.
⚠️ 3-Hour Booking Rule: Bookings must be registered within 3 hours of the rental start time. This means the booking should be created when the rental begins or shortly after the vehicle is handed over.
Step 5 — Signed Consent Form
Upload the client’s signed consent form confirming acceptance of the deposit-free coverage terms.
If you need the template, you can download it from the Announcements page, have the client sign it, then upload it.
Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG (Max 10MB)
Step 6 — Coverage Fee Calculator
Click Calculate Coverage Fee once all required fields are completed.
The system calculates the protection cost based on the deposit amount and rental duration, using the pricing formula shown on the page.
Final Step — Proceed to Payment
Once the coverage fee is calculated and the consent form is uploaded, click Proceed to Payment.
You can complete the payment using:
- Card Payment — Pay instantly using your debit or credit card
- Wallet Balance — If your account wallet has sufficient credit from a previous top-up
If you prefer faster payments, you can top up your wallet in advance and use the balance for bookings.
Once a booking is created, you can extend the rental or replace the vehicle directly from the My Bookings tab. There is no need to create a new booking.
