ICP File Validity Check
This step applies to UAE companies only and must be completed before creating a booking.
By checking the ICP system, you can verify important details about the client, including:
- Whether the client is a resident or a tourist
- If the file status is active or cancelled
- Whether the client is currently inside the country
This helps ensure you are dealing with a valid and eligible client before creating the booking and reduces the risk of invalid or problematic rentals.
1️⃣ Open the ICP File Validity Page

2️⃣ Enter Client Details
Input the required details exactly as per the client’s Emirates ID or Passport
3️⃣ Run the Check
Submit the information and wait for the result
4️⃣ Verify Status
Ensure the client’s file is valid and active
5️⃣ Proceed with Booking
Only create the booking once the file validity is confirmed
⚠️ Important
- This is mandatory for UAE-based rentals
- Do not proceed if the file is invalid or unclear
- This must be done before creating the booking
